パーム農家
I bought a bottle of Zanso Hourai hiyaoroshi at the end of August. I had been looking forward to drinking it after the weather turned to autumn.
The aroma is not flashy, but it is gentle, elegant, and gently fragrant. Is it still an apple aroma?
The taste has the strength of an autumn sake, with apple-like fruitiness that is typical of lingering herbs. The sake has a sake strength of +10, so the sweetness and acidity are moderate, but there are moments when both sweetness and acidity can be felt. This characteristic is more pronounced at room temperature than cold sake.
