The ice-aged version of Gorin Junmai Namaishu, the most memorable sake I drank in 2024, again this year 😁.
The top aroma is not fruity, but rather reminiscent of sweetness in a classical way.
The umami is robust and mellow, with a clear, strong fullness that makes for excellent drinking 👍.
At the end of drinking, you can also taste flavors derived from aging, and this is still to your liking: ‼️
I bought it two years in a row, so it didn't have the same impact as last year, but it is still a convincing product that will never make you regret buying it. ✌️✌️
