As a reward for working hard last month, we opened a bottle of sake from our stock!
In order to get rid of the rainy season weather that had been drizzling all day, we decided on a refreshing summer sake, Aizan from Gakki Masamune!
The light sweet fruit aroma with a hint of muscat and the light gas characteristic of Gakki Masamune is just like ramune!
I was able to enjoy the sweetness and the elegant flavor that lingers comfortably.
You can also enjoy the change of taste with the change of temperature, so it is delicious twice or thrice in one bottle!
