In the mouth, the umami of rice and a trace of sweetness spreads. The same aroma as the nose on the rise spreads in the mouth.
The finish is smooth and crisp while giving off a leesiness.
A little more sweetness and lightness would be preferable.
Also, the alu-ness of the attack might be a little too strong.

I am also from Tohoku and I love Minamiaizu sake. Loman, of course, Kunigon, Yamanoi, etc... it's a great place with all kinds of wonderful sake!
