I purchased new sake at the Sake Yuukan located at the Sasaichi Sake Brewery!
Kaoru Sake. It is very tasty with a slight carbonation and juicy sweetness like a juice, and it is also refreshing. It is mild on the palate but has a zing on the nose.
I like the white label against the yellowish sake and the glittery film-covered letters "Sasaiichi", which looks divine! LOL!
Sake Pairing
○Green beans with tofu paste ⭐️⭐️⭐️,
Sake goes well with vegetables that are a bit green in taste, don't you think? The sweetness of the green beans increased and it was a very nice combination.
○Yaki Gyoza (grilled dumplings) ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The crisp sake goes well with the punchy gyoza.
○Kimchi ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I don't like spicy food, but it is good with sake to mellow it out. If you have kimchi with a strong sour taste, you may feel the pairing is especially good.
Turnip gratin ⭐️⭐️
This gratin is made with turnip puree rather than white sauce. I thought it would go well with sake because it is light and goes well with cheese! I thought it would go well with the cheese, but I thought, well, it doesn't have to be sake. I thought it would go well with a lighter sake than the raw sake, but I guess it doesn't have to be sake!

Good evening, tomico 😃.
These photos are as beautiful as studio photos 🥹.
I think the green beans with white sauce is perfect 😋, but the grilled dumplings 🥟 also go well with it 🤗.

Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby!
The bottle was so beautiful that I just had to get into the photo 😊I discovered that yaki-gyoza also goes well with sake 👀.
