This Tokugin sake, which I ordered at Odashi, a restaurant that serves delicious oden, is delicious on its own with its refined sweetness and umami, but when drunk after a sweet cream cheese-based drink, the taste changed. But when I drank it after a cream cheese type sweet, the taste changed and it became even mellower!
This is a label and type of sake that I would not have easily chosen for myself, but I recommend it!
