My wife bought me a cup of black beef and iburigakko tartar.
I love iburi gakko. I have loved it ever since one of my colleagues from Akita gave it to me.
My wife doesn't eat iburi gakko much because she doesn't like its aroma.
But she loved this Iburi Gakko Tartar with vegetable sticks.
Junmai sake from Kurogyu. The spiciness is more pronounced in a cup than in a boar cup, but it also has a robust flavor that goes perfectly with this tartar 🥰.
A cup of sake goes quickly 😅.
