Wow - this is a bite. Tasty, cheap, high alcohol content!
It has a sweet aroma and tastes or smells like Finlandia in the mouth. And it tastes like the rice has been sweetened by koji. The addition of alcohol gives it a nice sharpness, and it is very drinkable. I would like to buy it again if possible.
It does not show a high level of sake precision, so be careful when handling it.

Good morning, Shirowama 😃I've had a 2 year old room temperature aged one before that was really good, but your review made me want to try the unaged one 😋 even though it has a higher alcohol content, it makes me want to drink more of it 😆.

I have the impression that most of Ishikawa's sake is like undiluted 5x concentrated sake, but it is good. I think they should be appreciated more.
