Takatsugu
This is the first sake I've seen at my usual liquor store. I had no choice but to give it a try! I opened the bottle with a light heart.
The label reads, "Reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc... (abbreviated below)," and I drink it in a round wine glass. The taste is a refreshing sake with a fresh fruity and bamboo-like aroma, well-balanced and clean, and the umami and acidity go down your throat easily. The label says that the rice polishing ratio is 70%. This is a surprise. ‼️
It is said that this sake was brewed using rice from "Shunyo" in order to get to know "Gin-no-sato". There will be a second batch of this sake, so I would like to follow up on this one. I hope both sake and white wine lovers will enjoy this bottle. Delicious ‼️

Good evening, Takatsugu.
Congratulations on your 300 check-ins 🎉.
I have never come across any sake from Kyushu, so I will refer to this one as I like both sake and white wine 🎵.

Congratulations Takatsugu on your 300 check in 🎉🎉🎉!
I've never seen this label before 😳Gin no Satomo, but Shunyo is also a rare sake rice, so I'm curious about it along with the taste of white wine😊.
