ラル大佐
Next is Tazake!
While the previous Sour was a matter of opinion, this is a very stable Tasake.
It is a Jungin Yamahai, but as soon as you put it in your mouth, you will say, "Hi! It's so good! This is it!
Sweet and delicious without any spikes or hooks! The ginjo aroma wafting through the mouth, the gentle acidity and bitterness, and the way it finishes off so smoothly... Tasyu! You are so good at this!
However, as some people have mentioned, I don't remember Tazake having such a strong sweetness. I guess it depends on the grade, but I had an image of more orthodox and classic delicious sake.
(Maybe I just have a stupid tongue...).
Well, it's good because it's delicious.
Thank you for the treat!

Colonel Lal, good evening 🌇.
I heard that the standard special puree has changed in taste, but has it changed in general...
I'm a little curious 💦.
