At Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. This time, Tochigi sake was featured. Last year, they promoted Gokotsuru, a Nagano sake. This year, they are promoting Sawahime?
When I was hanging around the Chuaibi booth, I was approached by Nemuchi 🤣 I had heard you were going to be there, but I never thought I would see you there!
I had heard he was going to be there, but I never expected to see him!
I accompanied him from then on 😁.
Chuaibi's local brand? Tomikawa.
Is it a regular sake? Slightly sweet with a hint of a tangy alu feel. It is a strong sake with a strong feeling, which is often found in sake with aluzome.
I tasted only this and Chuaibi's Aizan and bought Aizan. I should have tasted more of Chuaai...
I searched for the alcohol content and it says 20-21😱It doesn't, but the liquor store introduces it as Nakadori. I wonder if it's the same as Chuaai and all of them are medium alcohol.
I only know Inada Sake Shop in Nakasaki shopping street and Kikuya Sake Shop on Ota Road are the only places in Kansai that carry Chuaiai, but I wonder if there are other places?
