While the house was overflowing with sake from Tochigi and Fukushima, I decided to go to Niigata in a hurry,
→As a result, we bought a lot of famous sake from Niigata.
I met "Abe" at Nishikiya Sake Brewery in front of the station and was so impressed by the first sip that I immediately bought several bottles with different specifications😍.
It has a soft lactic acid aroma and taste that is completely different from the so-called "light and dry" style of Niigata, a perfect balance of gentle sweetness and acidity, and an aftertaste that cuts right through. The 11% alcohol content makes it easy to keep drinking, and on the contrary, really dangerous. ☢️
Each lot tastes a little different, and I'm looking forward to the next one. ❣️

Hi Yuki 😃
I would love to visit your house full of Tochigi and Fukushima sake 😄I think it's a great idea to buy more than one Abe-chan🖤 in Niigata while you are there 🤗.

Thank you for your comments, Jay & Nobby! I knew the name "Abe" from your posts on Sake-no-wa, but I was shocked when I tried it for the first time: ❣️ I have an overabundance of stock at home and can't keep up with consumption 💦 state😅.
