Friday Fun 😊 Today... an honored chrysanthemum from Saga Prefecture ✨. From your post on Sake no Wa and...the note ⚠️, we opened the bottle quite carefully 💧. It didn't blow out, but the inner cork was under a lot of pressure 😅. Good sound 😁. The aroma is grapefruity and sour ♬ and... the fermentation in the bottle makes the schwizz🫧 stronger 😏. I have high expectations even before drinking it🤣. I immediately poured the top clear liquid into a glass and took a sip... the sizzling, slightly effervescent taste and grapefruitiness is refreshing and easy to drink👌. Next, stir and take a second sip 🥂. The flavor is up 🥂 and the juiciness seems to be stronger 😍. There is a light bitterness, but it's dangerous because it's well-balanced and you can drink it in gulps 💦 lol. It's delicious before, after or during your meal 👌 I wonder if it will last until the second day... 😱 It managed to last until the 2nd day from ❗️ When I opened the bottle, it sounded better than the first day...maybe it was under pressure 😆. Taste...less sizzling but more pronounced umami or bitterness 🤔. Personally, I preferred the taste of the first day 👌

Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️ The first day's juiciness was pretty good 👌It's a little bitter and dry, but that's also nice👍. I personally liked the flavor of the first day better than the second day 😍.
