The aroma is fruity and the taste is like muscat with a beautiful acidity that disappears quickly 😋 No bitterness, very easy to drink 😋.
I guess I'll have to postpone my planned championship by saké glass because it was so good in this glass 😅💦.
Yamada-Ho was also easy to drink with Sake glass, sweet juice, no bitterness and no astringency.
I guess the point is to bring out the true flavor of the sake depending on the sake cup 🤔❓❓
It's hard to find the best sake cup every time, but if it tastes good, it's not hard at all.
But washing up is another story😅💦.

Tochigi prefecture is also 150 years old, so they are in the same year as Mr. Mita 🤗.
