Today, I left my car in Nanokaicho and went for a walk alone, visiting sake breweries, sake shops, and pottery shops.
I went sightseeing and shopping in a leisurely manner.
Of course, I stopped by Suehiro Sake Brewery.
It is located in the city center and was quite crowded.
The timing was not right for the sake brewery tour, so we gave it up!
We enjoyed various tastings. I enjoyed myself to the fullest!
It was a very hot summer day...
The aroma is gorgeous and clean, with a lactic acid aroma,

This time, we compared different parts of horse sashimi! We started with the usual thigh, then moved on to the fillet and loin. The fillet and the loin were both very tasty!
