First lukewarm sake. It's delicious!
The aroma is definitely more pronounced. It's more of an alcoholic tang than sweetness, but I don't mind it.
When served, the roundness of the amazake-like flavor and the acidity of the Kikuhime nigari spread together in the mouth, making it delicious!
The nigori is more rounded than the cold one.
