Back to the sake on my Fukuoka trip🙂.
I had a few sakes I had never had before from Saga at Sagagura on the second floor, which is owned by the owner of Sakebar Fukuzo.
Manrei is a sake from Komatsu Sake Brewery in Karatsu City 🍶.
It has a faint sweet aroma on the nose.
It has a slight sweetness and a slight bitterness of amino acid, which is often found in fully fermented sakes.
It is a rare super dry sake for Saga sake, but it was refreshing and quite delicious 🍶✨.

Saga sake is fruity and my favorite type of sake, but it's super dry. It's nice when paired with food 😌.
