T.KISO
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
One of the high level Fukushima sake that I decided to buy after seeing Rafa papa's review.
Abukuma.
It's the one that stands quietly (lol) at my favorite liquor store.
It is just like Hirotogawa, and I have been curious about it for a long time.
I'm the type of person who can't leave something like that alone 😁❣️
Now, let's open the bottle 🎉!
Hmmm?
Maybe it's because it's freshly opened, but it tastes pretty hard 💦 when drunk cold.
It's a little hard to drink, so I tried heating it up.
Oh 🎶.
It's mellowed out 😊.
It has a gradual umami flavor, but it's quite refreshing, and you can gobble it up 😍.
When warmed up and cooled down, the sweetness also increased 😆👍
The aroma is mild, but the sweetness and umami are a little strong, just like Omachi. Then sourness and a hint of bitterness 🎶.
Delicious 😋💕
In general, a beautiful, clean, sweet, tasty acidity and a hint of bitterness👍
On the second day, you can feel the sweet-odd taste even when the sake is cold, and on the third day, the hardness fades away and you can feel the soft gentleness that is typical of Fukushima sake: ❣️
Holly Rafa, good sake, found again ‼️
Thank you 😆😆😆😆.

Good evening, T.KISO 😃.
I'm glad Abukuma suited your palate 🤣I was curious about it because it's not as sweet and tasty as Hirotogawa 😁It's a soft and gentle sake as you said 😋.
