We have developed an innovative assemblage. We set the temperature of special junmai unfiltered raw sake, which has a fresh, sweet flavor, to just under 30℃, and blended it with cold junmai daiginjo. The result is a soft, full-bodied sake with a fruity aftertaste, and at the same time, it is delicious.
