CASARECCIO NERO Junmai Nama-zake
When we went to the next town to buy Jikin, we were attracted by the stylish label and bought it. I think Ikegumo is more famous.
It is served cold.
The label said to be careful when opening the bottle because the cap would fly open, so I held the crown and popped the sealed cap off.
The color is light and cloudy like a mist.
The top-tasting aroma is koji aroma mixed with a slightly grapey aroma.
The mouthfeel is gaseous and slightly effervescent.
The delicate, moderate rice sweetness and edgy acidity make it refreshing and crisp despite being orikara-mi. It also has a sharp milky taste and is not overly sour.
This is a gem that is as stylish as its stylish label.
NERO is Italian for "NERO" because black malted rice is used, and NERO of Sakaya Hachibei, which I drank before, was named after a cat.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol Content:14%.
Rice used: Celebration from Kyoto
