The liquor store I bought it from said that it was not unpasteurized but watered down, but there are several liquor stores that say it is unfiltered raw sake, so I tagged it as unfiltered raw sake. 17.5% is a high percentage. It has a gentle touch of sweetness on the entry, but in the second half it has more alcohol and can be taken as spicy or bitter. There are a lot of spicy sakes made with Tamakae, so it's not my favorite, but I think this one is okay.
For a moment there is a sense of refreshment, but without pausing, a strong alcohol feeling comes with a bang!

The brewery here used to have a brewery in Nishinomiya before the earthquake, right? Was it a status to have a warehouse in Nada?
