Newly brewed Mutsu Hachisen straight from the bottle.
The bottle was already empty, but when we uncorked it, we heard a nice pop!
It's fresh!
This is the second time for me to drink this!
Looking back over the past posts, I found that there was also a new sake with a bit of orizumi in it!
There are so many Mutsu Hachisen brands!
Each one has its own unique twist, and I look forward to drinking them every time!
Next spring, my friends and I are planning to play golf and enjoy sake together in Hachinohe!
