It was around the time I started working.
I used to visit a small restaurant every time I had a chance to go to Kanazawa. I was addicted to enjoying sake while having delicious food there. It was the beginning of my growing interest in and love for sake.
I remember drinking Tetorigawa, Kikuhime, Tengumai, etc., but the brand I remember drinking clearly was Yuho. I remember that we enjoyed the sake with crab, which was delicious.
It had been a long time since I had had a bottle of Yuho, which had remained in my memory for a long time.
I was reminded once again that this sake has a subtle, refreshing sweetness and aroma, with just the right amount of acidity and the unique flavor of sake.
The concept of this sake is to be a "sake that goes well with food," and I was told that it is recommended to be paired with heavy dishes, so I paired it with a hearty, fatty beef. I paired it with beef that had a lot of fat on it. It washed out the fat without interfering with the deliciousness of the meat, and at the same time, it was hard to taste the subtle umami flavor.
It can be used with a variety of dishes!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃
Lovely way to describe the "fatty meats and memories of those days to go along with them." Thanks to you, we had a priceless dinner ✨.
It's fun to relive the sake-related memories since we started Sake no Wa 😁.
