It is a doburoku, which you don't see very often, but it is a product of the Japan Famous Sake Association.
Cold sake.
Aroma of sake lees peculiar to nigori sake.
I got the impression that it was sweeter than other nigori sake I have had. When I swallowed it, I felt a strong sourness. Overall, 60% sweetness and 40% acidity.
The aftertaste is rather short.
