[Favorite words on parade 🤣]
"Arabashiri bottled in a light cloudy state and aged for six months in ice storage."
I bought it without hesitation when I saw the POP description "Aged for six months in ice-cold storage", which is irresistible to those who love nama-juku and 100% Dewa Sanzu, which is Yamagata sake 🥳.
All the words hit me with rare specs 😂.
The top aroma is a little subdued and citrusy 🍋, with a strong effervescence even after 6 months of aging, and fresh on the palate 😊.
Strong acidity and spiciness in the aftertaste.
I would have liked to see more of a rounded, mature taste for my taste, but it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed in hot weather 😋.
If I could keep it in the fridge for about 6 months to enhance the matured taste, it might become more to my liking, but I think that's a bit too hard 😅.
By the way, the updated app for Android is so hard to use... 😮💨
It's heavy and the inability to search for maps from my page is fatal, so I decided to uninstall the app and use it from the web.
Am I the only one with this symptom...? 🤔

Good evening, Chanyama P! I like "raw ripe" is a power word. I was wondering how to read it. Seijujuku? Nama-juku? Which one? Either way, it sounds like Chanyama P. 😁 Come to our world!

Good evening, Chanmaya P. 😄
I've been curious about this sake and was wondering if I should buy it or not ❣️
And aging for 6 months is too hard for me too😅.

Chio, it's "namajuku".
I don't know which world is this one 😱, but I love Namajuku in many ways 😂.

T.KISO, I recommend it especially if you are in the mood for a sour type 👍
I was expecting a little more mellowness and a peculiar taste unique to aged sake, but I think it is more fresh 😄.
