It is now completely autumn-like...or rather, it has gone beyond autumn and become more like winter. The high blue sky and cold wind feels good.
I found a delicious take-out yakitori restaurant in my neighborhood, and I think I am going to enjoy drinking at home more and more. And from now on, it's all about nabe and oden! It is the best season.
Well, today, I am one step ahead of you. Even though I know it is delicious, I still have high expectations for it. Since it is yakitori, I was worried about shochu, but since sake has been making fewer appearances lately, I opened the bottle.
It is a very well-balanced sake and easy to drink. Some people may find it a little too sweet, but for me personally, it is just right. I also like the slightly bitter taste it leaves on the palate. I feel that even beginners can enjoy it.
Speaking of which, how many of you noticed that the text on the label is three-dimensional? I don't think printing them solidly would make much difference to sales. I like this kind of attention to detail.

Hello 🐟🐟️
I love a good take-out yakitori restaurant! Yakitori is something I tend to do when I go out for a drink 💦 so I can easily enjoy it at home with cold or warmed sake etc. 👍
