Lunch was served at the Old Pine Dining in the Old Pine Sake Brewery, diagonally across from Banshu Issen 😀 All the lunches here are made with fermented foods.
All the lunches here are made with fermented foods, and the meat was very tender and tasty thanks to the fermentation 😀.
I paired it with a 5 year old Zenjiro sake 😀 The description said it was like a white wine.
The description said it was like a white wine, but it was a rich, mellow, full-bodied sake with a strong sweetness.
We bought a bottle of Shiboritate Nama and Junmai Ginjo Nama with the year of the snake label, which is the zodiac sign for next year, as souvenirs for ourselves 😀.

Hi Yasubeyesan ^_^
I had a healthy meal at a restaurant run by Yoro Sake Brewery not too long ago, and this one also uses fermented foods and looks good for you ✨.
I'd love to get the zodiac label sake 😁.

Good morning, Hirupeko 😀.
The fermented lunch and sake was sinking in after a solid hike up Momijiyama😇.
I'll keep the Year of the Snake label in the cellar until the new year 😇

Good morning, Manta-san 😀
It seems that more and more breweries are opening fermented food stores alongside their breweries these days😇.
I guess the fermentation technology of koji and moromi of sake matches the growing health consciousness 😀.

Hi Pon 😀
Of course lunch was delicious, but this Zenjiro surprised me 🤣.
I've only had experience of drinking old sake with Dharma and had only a selfish image of it, but it was different in a good way😇
