Masumi is a major brewery among Nagano breweries. I've only had seasonal sake, so I drank a lot of different kinds.

Junmai Ginjo Shinju AKA
This was the sweetest and most delicious. Not like Yamahai.
They said they used Nagano yeast instead of No.7. Maybe R?
Junmai Ginjo URUSHIKURO KURO
Sparkling ORIGARAMI
Looks like Champagne. It's a crown type, so you have to drink it with more than one person.
Junmai Daiginjo Yamahana
