We had Miyagi sake for the first time in a while.
That's what you get when you come to Miyagi.
Hagi no Tsuru I saw at Kawashima's is malic acid with a side note.
I had never seen it before.
It reminded me of Kagaya Sake Brewery's sake in Nagano.
Same malic acid but this one is low al.
It is soft (watery) and easy to drink.
I don't feel much apple either...
A little white wine type.
I almost finished it.
I sometimes want to eat Tenka Ippin (vomit ramen in the street).
This time it was kind of powdery.
I guess they didn't drain off the boiling water well enough...

Good evening.
I have 25 years of Tenichi experience!
I have been in Sendai Tenichi for 25 years!
But about 5 years ago, the noodle was changed to a nationwide standardized one,
I liked the old one better 😭.
I liked the old style better 😭
I still eat it now though 😄

Good evening, Mr. Sakegoh. I was first shocked when I had it at the Kokubuncho restaurant in 1986. (Face to face at the Sendai Rock Za).
I wonder why they went from "Komurasaki" to Tenka Ippin? The old one was definitely better 😋 and boiled eggs were free.
