The aroma is of apples and gentle rice aroma. Of course, the gasiness is strong.
Still in the schwashy stage, the sweetness is relatively strong. It is not unpleasant though, but a pleasant sweetness.
After the sweetness, there is a refreshing and clean acidity. The finish is crisp and clean with a touch of bitterness. The lingering taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste.
I thought it was a very high level nigori sake with a nice combination of sweet, sour, and umami. It is perfect for summer and highly recommended.
