This is the first time I've opened a bottle of the popular DATE SEVEN.
This is the second season for me.
It's a shame that this season is over 😭.
The market for sake is declining every year regardless of the Corona disaster.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something to talk about in the future🤔.
The bottle design is based on the image of the Milky Way.

The aroma is a sweet and refreshing ginjo scent.
The taste is impressive with the rough taste of rice.
The sweetness is moderate and dry.
It's very easy to drink without feeling any bitterness or miscellaneous flavors😋.
It's not as flashy as I thought it would be, but it's deeply flavorful.
It is a delicious sake that is very drinkable🎶.
