This time, I will taste the different tanks (1, 2, and 3) of Orikagami 😋.
First, let's start with 1️⃣1. The color is light and cloudy. The standing aroma is a ginjo aroma like pear🍐. In the mouth it is juicy and gassy, with sweetness followed by bitterness and acidity. Finally, the crisp taste and umami spread.
Next, go to 2️⃣-2. The color is not so different, but the aroma is milder and the mouthfeel is less sweet than the first one. I feel bitterness and sourness a little stronger.
Finally, go to 3️⃣San. The color may be more transparent than 1 or 2. However, the standing aroma is the most gorgeous and sweet. The taste is also sweet and refreshing, with a lingering bitterness and umami at the end. This may be the best in terms of sweetness and umami.
At first I thought they would taste the same, but each of the three bottles had a slightly different aroma and taste, which made me realize how interesting sake is 😘.
Finally, I paired each of them with Yose-nabe, and they went well together. ❣️ nabe might be the best 😇

Bonchan-san I found out the taste because I compared three bottles. I was lucky to be able to get them all ❗️😋It was easy to understand except when I actually drank them 😄.
