I think Yoohee-san drank it before.
It's rare to find a kijoshu with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast 🤔.
Maybe it's because it's a sake made from the same yeast, but it has more acidity than most kijoshu and feels lighter in the mouth. Is it because of the low alcohol content that it feels lighter? It is a light and easy to drink kijoshu. It's a type of sake that you can't find anywhere else.

Good morning, bouken. ☀︎
It's rare for you to drink kijo sake 👀.
I think the acidity is more pronounced, so there is less of the aged sweetness? I think it's a pity that the amount is so small 💡.

Hi Yoohee 😃
I like sweet sake, so I drink my fair share of kijoshu 😙.
Most kijoshu are heavy and hard to drink, but this one was easy to drink and it was only 500 so it didn't take long to drink 😇
