This is a souvenir from my wife's trip to Kyoto.
My wife, who does not drink sake, selected this bottle...or rather, she talked with a Gekkeikan staff member who was in the store and bought it for her.
We have two bottles of Gekkeikan, so we will get the other one separately...
This is the first time for me to drink Gekkeikan sake seriously.
It is delicious, as I expected from one of the three major sake breweries.
I feel like my range has broadened.
The mellowness and depth of flavor are well apparent in this sake.
It is delicious!

It is true, if I had gone to Kyoto myself, I would have bought a different line of sake, so it was a good experience.
I guess it's a matter of trying things out and not making preconceived notions. Thanks to my wife!
