This is a bottle that I won in a drawing at Mimasu Sake Brewery, with whom I started doing business this year. I had been planning to open it at the end of the year, and opened the bottle with full anticipation.
When I opened the bottle, it fizzed energetically, and I opened and closed the bottle several times. The top aroma was milky sweet. After the sweetness is felt, bitterness follows, and the aftertaste is smooth. Although the alcohol content is a little high at 15.5 ºC, it has a delicious flavor that will keep you coming back for more.
