The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (1929)
Drunken spirit is often seen at the Hankyu Sake Brewery. The 22nd Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival (19⑲)
The sales staff at Icoma also came to the tasting event.
We drank
Hiroshima-style dry Junmai-shu
It is a dry sake with a strong rice flavor and a nice sharpness. I thought it was a versatile sake that can be served cold or warmed up.
Junmai Ginjo Mutenpressed (Autumn)
It seems to be a hiyaoroshi-like sake. It has a rounded, angular taste and is a little sweet.
Rice kyoku (aged in the brewery)
Good aroma and strong umami.
Hachitan Junmai Nama Nama Sake
This sake was stored at a low temperature in the brewery. Mellow and umami.
The addition of the nama-zake character gives it a good taste.
Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Nama
It is gorgeous, sweet and delicious.
The ultimate five-step brewing.
The alcohol content is 19 degrees Celsius. It was quite spicy.
Ultimate Drunkenness Daiginjo
I bought this sake when I visited Icoma Sake Shop for the first time. It has a beautiful, mild but rich ginjo aroma. I think it is best to drink it at room temperature.
