Mie, Taki-gun, Mie Prefecture, Japan. Fukuwagura, Imuraya Co.
Fukuwagura Junmai Ginjo Kamiho.
Mie sake continues.
This summer, I ate about three azuki bars that had frosted and tickled in the freezer and no one in the family would eat them, but this is the first time I've had Fukuwagura.
We will have it with cold sake.
I can hear the sound of the bottle being opened.
When I pour it into the glass, microbubbles adhere to it slightly.
The top-tasting aroma is a sweet fruity ginjo aroma with a clear alu aroma at the back.
On the palate, there is a slight gaseous sensation, followed by an acidity that stimulates the tongue, and then a sticky, fruity sweetness that fully opens up.
The aroma that passes through the nose gives a sense of gorgeousness and sweetness, but it is controlled by the citrus acidity that follows, and the taste is just right, not too sweet.
It has a full-bodied flavor, which I like.
The final taste is a little bit of alu, and it is all nicely balanced.
This is delicious 😋.
This time it was Kami no Ho, but I'd like to drink more of this brewery's products.
The temperature rises and you start to taste the bitterness towards the end.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 😃.
I'm planning to buy here soon, so this will be very helpful 😄I'm getting more and more excited that it feels like gas even when it's fired up 😋.

bouken-san, good evening 🌛I went to Mutsuhiroya to buy Hana Yuu Yamadanishiki but they were sold out, so I brought this one back 😅I think you will probably like this type, but I have only had Kami no Ho, so please let me know what else you drink 🙏.
