The label also overflows with a retro feel.
The first thing you will notice when you drink it is the unique sourness of the sake's raw yeast yeast ✨.
I can't describe it well, but it's not just sweet and sour, but also umami sourness, which is different from modern or classic sakes. It seems to be addictive.
The rice polishing ratio is not disclosed, so I asked the liquor store and they said it was around 90%, but the clarity is so clear that you can't feel the low polishing at all.
