Today, I got the rumored new summer sake from Akabu. When I went home to put it in the fridge, I found some Akabu that I hadn't opened yet.... So today I opened a bottle of AIR.
The aroma is a mild rummy flavor. It is like a capsule, but not too bright. A little bit of gasiness.
Very refreshing sweetness and acidity. It is so refreshing that there is nothing more to say. Refreshing of the year.
In the second half, the gentle acidity quickly fades away, and it finishes without bitterness. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste, which makes it feel even more like a rummy.
Until recently, I thought this kind of sake was insufficient, but with the recent trend toward low alcohol consumption, I would rather rate this sake as the best.
Please give me more of this kind of drink!
