Next up is Kangiku's freshly squeezed nigori sake👍.
The rice polishing ratio has been changed from 55% to 50% Gohyakumangoku and the specification has been upgraded to Junmai Daiginjo since last year.
The freshness of the new sake, the nigori flavor, and the unmistakable taste of Kangiku are all conveyed in Shiraginkai, which is absolutely delicious 😆💕.
It's sad that I can only drink this again in a year 😭
