One of my favorites in Saga is Matsuura Ichi.
It is a ruggedly hard, classical sake. Saga sake is a versatile sake and can be drunk with everything from vegetables to fish and meat.
It's a great all-around sake, and can be drunk at room temperature and then warmed up.
It is hot, spicy and hard.
It insisted that I drink, drink, drink.
What is it about sake?
This is the kind of sake that makes you want to drink it so much.
