The booth of Frozen Namaisake, a must stop at the Sake Festival
They said we could drink almost everything except Gobashi, so we decided to try a sample.
I chose Tamanohikari, which I had never seen before, since I had already bought and tasted a lot of it in the past.
Umaisan was drinking Kamoizumi!
Compared to the past Tamanomitsu sake, it seemed much fresher and sweeter!
I wonder if they serve this as a regular draft sake? I wonder if it tastes better because it's frozen 🤔
This is one of the best Tamanomitsu I've had so far!
