ORIGAMI ver. 🫧 of the liquor store's hanpukai as last year.
If you look carefully, I didn't CI last year.
The aroma is soft and slightly sweet with a hint of rummy and koji?
When you take a sip, it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! Slightly like pineapple on the back. But it is not as sweet as I imagined. It has the sweetness of koji, but the end is bitter and refreshing.
The next day, the fizziness decreases...but it is still there. I thought the taste might lean toward sweetness over time, but it's not so bad. It mellows out a bit, and I can taste the richness and bitterness.
It is juicy, light, dry, and delicious.
Kangiku has an image of being sweet, but with such a refreshing taste, it is easy to enjoy drinking. I also liked the fact that it was sparkling due to the orikara flavor.

Good morning, Kotaro-san!
[I thought you were drinking Sono Kangiku Red Diamond, but I didn't know there was such a thing as a "hanpukai oorigarami" (a special type of wine for the hanpukai) 😲.
It looks more fresh and shwashy 🥰.
