Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo 39
After the recent tasting of three Hitogochochi varieties from Shinshu Kamerei, we opened a bottle of Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjyo 39, which had been sitting in our cellar since February!
Junmai sake is delicious enough, but when Miyamanishiki is polished to 39%, there is no reason why it can't be delicious!
The beautiful sweetness of Miyamanishiki was brought out, while the moderate lingering aftertaste and sharpness were superb,
It is hard to find and expensive, so I can't drink a lot of it, but I would like to celebrate the birth of my first child alone.
Rice polishing ratio: 39% (100% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 15%.

I too think silver tortoise is one of the Top 1-3 tastiest. It's not easy to find...I've been looking all over for it and can't find it either..,
