For some reason, Tomikunishiki was in the last stage of the event.
I don't drink much 😅.
I tasted the following
Junmai Daiginjo Zuifuku
Celebration foam sparkling
Junmai Tamaki
Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Nishikiaki no Harimaji
Low alcohol Junmai Sake Fu.

Sparkling sake recommended by Mr. Nemuchi.
It was delicious and tasted like champagne.
Fu. is available at many places, so I was put off (I've had the raw one before), but it's still delicious!
Saku seems to be a joint project of a young businessman, a young rice farmer, and Tomihisa Nishiki brewer. The hi-ire was out of stock, so I tasted only the draft. It is a good, sweet and tasty sake, but the price is out of my reach.
