ララの酒I was interested in this brand after reading about the activities of a female toji in a sake magazine. Just a few minutes ago, I was on my way home and got a bottle at Imameya in Chiba Station. I was so excited 😋.
The mouthfeel is smooth and gentle, with a strong, robust sweetness and rich umami. When mixed with a cork, the sourness and bitterness come in later and harmonize with each other. As expected. It is said to be fermented vigorously with Kumamoto yeast KA-1. I can see why. I see.
That's a good drink to get intoxicated on a Friday.
