We opened a bottle of Burozumi Active Nigori Nama Sake, a full-bodied sake, for our child's birthday. The lid blew off to the ceiling when I opened the bottle as a birthday cracker 🎉Since the sake didn't blow off, I'm safe 😅The sparkling fizziness, concentrated umami and a hint of sweetness are very pleasant, and the balance of rich acidity and bitterness while retaining sweetness in the latter half is very good 😋 Thanks to a request from my child, today we had a petit luxury platter as a snack 😋.
