Today I chose Asukai, which I bought the other day👍.
They chose this brewery because they didn't sell any sake from Fukui Prefecture.
The aroma is cemedine💦.
The taste has a good rice flavor and not too much acidity, but it's still a traditional sake 😅.
I think it's a bit of a picky eater.
I️️ didn't like it at Adelia, so today I️ will prepare 3 tins and compare them.
First up is the bud-shaped tin. The aroma is slightly fruity 👌.
The taste is the same as before, but less cloying and just the right amount of bitterness 😄.
Zodiac🐭Tin No aroma at all, maybe because it's shaped like a flat cup ❓The taste is close to the bud type tin, but the bitterness is stronger 💦.
Gold leaf tin: No aroma at all, again, and the taste is more like the recent trend than the traditional sake, but the bitterness is more rounded👍.
The results are in 👏.
No. 1 Gold leaf tin
2nd place bud-shaped tin
No.3 zodiac 🐭 tin
Well, we had a good drinking comparison 🤣👍
The good thing about tin is that it keeps the temperature and reduces miscellaneous tastes and finishes clean ‼️The negative factor is the bitter taste ❓I recommend tin for those who like bitter tastes👍

Good morning, Masa! 😊
Nosaku's gulping cups are great, aren't they?
I got mine the other day.
I'm enjoying it. I'm sure you'll like it 😄

Hi, Hanapin-san😄
It's interesting because you can change the taste in a good way depending on the sake 🤗 and you can change the shape to suit you 🤗 and wow!
