I was in a liquor store in August and found this stuff 😳(I just didn't know it was there)! and found a GOLD of Laughing Four Seasons Sensation😳 (I just didn't know it myself.) I'm pretty sure I've had the black, white and blue, but never the gold. So I bought it.
After I bought it, I looked it up on the internet and it says that gold is special and should be used for special occasions! It says, "Gold is special, so please enjoy it on special occasions! Well, speaking of special occasions, September is our wedding anniversary. But what's the point of having my wife cook a meal at home for us to drink at home, huh? The next special day is my wife's birthday in October..................................also no good 😣.
So, a totally normal day 🥳.
This is delicious 😋.
Sweetness is gentle and fresh!
A little sourness coming? A little.
Slight bitterness from the back? That citrus-y feeling?
It's an old style sake yeast, it's supposed to be like this 🤔.
Bottled in Dec. 24, shipped in Aug. 25, does that mean it's been laid up? Do they do that with the raw sake too? To let the 🧐 taste settle?

I don't drink that much either, but lol there are many different seasons to try. 😋.
GOLD is good if you don't mind a bit of bitterness. I wonder if there was another lactic acid-like one?
