Syrupy sweet and inviting aroma. After a clean mouthfeel, a sense of gas, sweet acidity, and tangy pungency is felt, followed by a woody aroma. It finishes with clarity and a slight bitterness.
A sake that seems to be full of flavors that I like. My favorite.
